To THE Executive Team QUICK LANE/PLANET FORD IN GARLAND,TEXAS Fabulous as always! We want to make sure the powers that be and future customers know exactly how incredible Sheldon is. Having been burned by more than one mechanic in the past, finding someone you can truly trust is rare. Sheldon is the only person we ever want taking care of our 13-year-old Explorer. He keeps you completely in the loop the entire time your vehicle is being worked on. You always know he is being completely honest with you; he never tries to up-sell you on unnecessary repairs just to pad the bill. We have absolute confidence in his diagnostics and his integrity. Sheldon has a reassuring way about him that instantly makes you feel relieved when you walk through the door. Because of him, we actually look forward to our visits to Quick Lane. We know without a doubt that he will take care of the problem and treat us right. He is a tremendous asset to his bosses, his company, and above all, his customers. If I could post a zero I would I have never written a review before this would be my first but what a horrible experience they put the wrong tires on the front of my car and the back of my car after purchasing two new tires the car has two different sizes any mechanic should know this it's right on the inside of a door I will update my review when I find out what they do to fix this problem. Almost caused a major accident could have died mechanics read what size tires should be put on a vehicle don't rotate tires of customers don't ask you to. I didn't want to give a single star again let's see what they do to fix the problem I have a call in with them hopefully this will be fixed immediately.

These guys give small town care repair vibes without the big city price. Great lobby/amenities while you wait, they checked in with me every step of the way so I wasn't in the dark about my car repair. Quoted me an accurate price to get me on the road and also pointed out things that need to be fixed at some point. They didn't make me feel pressured to get the little things done but instead treated me like I was in charge of my repairs. Great place to deal with and I'd recommend to anyone. Got brakes and a total brake line flush done for right around $500

From the moment I entered Quick Lane & RAD rides of Garland, I felt comfortable. That says a lot for any business that falls in the automobile repair category. I’ll share a little bit why. The staff was courteous and inviting from the moment I arrived, They explained what was needed as part of my regular service and which things they without asking. The manager Sheldon Mabry was approachable, easygoing and very hands on, personally assuring I was comfortable during my time there. Experiencing the collections of wheels and tires available along with a quick tutorial of which would work best for my vehicle was not lost on me. I appreciated leaving with a healthy vehicle and learning so much. Xoxo Lorenzo!

Sheldon and the team at Quick Lane were great and polite. I was able to walk in without an appointment and get service for my vehicle in no time. 3/10/26: I brought my vehicle for an oil change and regular service. This was the first time here. The time was reasonable, they started working on my vehicle right away, but after it was done it took them a while to finish the paperwork. However, I’m knocking a couple of stars because they do the same crap other dealers do, they tried to sneak oil conditioner in my service even through the Ford manual says not to add anything. Luckily I asked and told them not to. However after I agreed to have my cabin air filter replaced, they snuck a $26.50 charge for Frigi-Fresh! $10 for labor and $15 for the part! I can get an entire can of the stuff for that much! I’ll have to reconsider bringing my vehicle here in the future.
